RETURNS:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AS MOST GARMENTS GO INTO PRODUCTION AT THE TIME OF ORDER.
  • EXCHANGES WILL BE HONORED UP TO 7 DAYS FROM WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED. THE MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, INCLUDING PACKING AND TAGS. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES RELATED TO EXCHANGES.
  • CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, WITH THE SOLE EXCEPTION OF A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.

DEFECTIVE GARMENTS:

EXCHANGES ON DEFECTIVE GARMENTS WILL BE HONORED UP TO 5 DAYS FROM WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED. DEFECTIVE GARMENTS WILL BE REPLACED ONCE A REPRESENTATIVE HAS APPROVED THE REPLACEMENT REQUEST. THERE MUST BE SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE TO PROVE THE GARMENT INCURRED A SIGNIFICANT MANUFACTURING DEFECT, DEEMED UNACCEPTABLE BY INDUSTRY STANDARDS, THAT WAS NOT DAMAGED BY CLIENT USE.
